Your order is printed after you place it, so every parcel takes a short production time before it ships. The delivery estimate shown on the product page and at checkout already includes it.<\/p>\n
Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout from your address and the shipping method you choose. Busy periods, holidays and the carrier can add a few days.<\/p>\n
You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the facility. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing updates.<\/p>\n
Please check your address at checkout. A parcel returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address can be resent, but the new shipping is charged again.<\/p>\n
Orders shipped outside the country of production may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are paid by you.<\/p>\n
If tracking stops moving or your parcel has not arrived in the estimated window, write to Lignevo. We check with the carrier and, where a parcel is lost, we replace it or refund it.<\/p>\n
