When you order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and what you bought. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own page — we never see or store them.
When you write to us: your email address, your name and the content of your message.
When you browse: the usual technical data your browser sends (pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location from your IP address) and the cookies below.
Why we use it
To take payment, print and ship your order, tell you where it is, answer your questions, prevent fraud and keep the accounts the law requires. With your permission, to send you offers — every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make an order happen: our printing and fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, the payment provider, the email service we answer you with, and analytics or advertising services where you allowed them. They may only use the data to do that work for us.
Cookies

How long we keep it
