Making your order
Your order is printed after you place it, so every parcel takes a short production time before it ships. The delivery estimate shown on the product page and at checkout already includes it.
Shipping rates and times
Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout from your address and the shipping method you choose. Busy periods, holidays and the carrier can add a few days.
Tracking
You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the facility. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing updates.
Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. A parcel returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address can be resent, but the new shipping is charged again.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the country of production may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are paid by you.
Lost or late parcels
If tracking stops moving or your parcel has not arrived in the estimated window, write to Lignevo. We check with the carrier and, where a parcel is lost, we replace it or refund it.
