Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order — for example when an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent — and anything already paid is refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the store and include the shipping and taxes listed at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.
Products
Items are printed to order. Colours on your screen and small differences in placement or size are normal and are not faults.
Personalized items
What you type or upload is printed as you supplied it. Please check spelling and images before you order: personalized items can only be returned when they arrive damaged or wrong.
By uploading a design, a photo or a name you confirm you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright or trade mark.
Intellectual property
The designs, images and text on this website belong to us or to our partners and may not be copied or resold.
Cancellations and returns

Liability
We are responsible for delivering the items you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
